This mattress kit is excellent an replacement for a cal king hardside waterbed. The zipper cover is very soft and it has a Bamboo outer material which makes this cover very breathable which increases comfort. The mattress has 3 layers of contour fiber to reduce movement and increase comfort and support. It still has movement with about 6-8 seconds of movement. It was designed to give you that original waterbed feel that still has movement but not as much as free flow or a basic semi wave mattress. The 12 mil liner is one of the best liners on the market and the heating is the most reliable one we sell.
